WeMaax Consulting’s Mission:
Embrace Disruption as Metamorphosis / Transformation

I’m Mary Axelsen, a badass visionary who disrupts and revolutionizes antiquated beliefs, practices, and systems.

I see things others don't see. I acknowledge things people don't talk about. I say things others don't say. When working with me, people feel seen, heard, and valued. We birth, nurture, and ignite new possibilities.

My company WeMaax Consulting focuses on maximizing organizational and individual potential by elevating strengths, identifying vulnerabilities, and uncovering uncomfortable truths – releasing their power. Having the courage to break the rules and lean into discomfort serves as a beacon for revealing oppressive systems and identifying the actions needed to create an equitable – and thriving –  environment.

Our collaborative process boldly explores a variety of viewpoints and perspectives, where all are seen, heard, and valued as we work together to remove the hurdles that impede our progress. With this awareness, we co-create meaningful strategies to build and bolster internal capabilities and smash-through obstacles. This understanding is the foundation from which we evolve, ripen, and prosper - as organizations and as individuals.

“Release your inner badass, color outside the lines, claim your truth, and bravely run free.”
