Coaching

According to Gallup, 70% of employee engagement is directly influenced by their manager; however, 55% of middle market Chief Human Resource officers say their training and development capability is either weak or extremely weak. Coaching is one of the most effective ways to develop change management capabilities and bridge that gap. Individuals, teams, and organizations can explore resistance, increase engagement, and promote resilience in the face of change.

Every coaching engagement begins with an understanding of the framework, approach, and agreement between the coach and the client. Clients should be committed, open to vulnerability, and ready to participate actively.

Two coaching opportunities are available through WeMaax Consulting:

1:1 Coaching

Our 1:1 coaching helps you identify a path to performance elevation - either in your current role or as you progress to the next one. Utilizing our Maximize Potential Framework, together we accelerate development, incorporate impactful feedback, and align aspirations and goals with meaningful actions.

The coaching engagement includes:

  • Personality and 360 assessment to raise strategic awareness and identify development need

  • An individual development plan with on-the-job experiences, success criteria, and reflection guide

  • 1:1 coaching sessions for up to 9 months to identify breakthroughs and understand the progress

  • Observation, where we experience the client in action and provide feedback

Coaching Circles

Coaching circles focus on learning from each other’s breakthroughs and challenges, receiving feedback from multiple observers, and identifying new possibilities for action. Circles build common capabilities across participants and teach each other how to coach.

This coaching style builds accountability and a commitment to one’s development, so daily firefighting is less likely to consume your days. Circle members become invested in one another’s success and share techniques and wins outside the circle.

Leadership Development

Are you ready to revolutionize business practices and home norms?

If we keep going at the current pace, it will take almost 260 years to close the gender equity gap. Experts state the pandemic set gender equity back 40 to 50 years, with working moms, women in senior leadership roles, and Black women being most challenged.

“Mary recognizes people’s potential and ensures the right people are in the roles they are the best fit for. She also implemented two official programs within the enterprise, coaching for managers and women in leadership. Both of them were extremely successful, and my career greatly benefited from participating in them.”
