Human-Centered Leadership

Revitalized, Resilient, Ready: Rock the Human-Centered Leadership Revolution

Facilitated by two fierce, visionary-transformational-experts, our unconventional six-month program is developed specifically to further ambitious women in answering the call for human-centered leadership like never before. The time is now for galvanizing what you bring to the movement. This experience is your opportunity to go ALL IN and catapult yourself and those you lead into a new – less stressful, more rewarding – definition of success.

Our revolutionary program focuses on on the following:

Module One: Human-Centered Leadership

Understand what human-centered leadership is, why it is essential as we brave the hybrid frontier, and how women can make the most of this amazing female-oriented opportunity.

Module Two:  Revolutionary Resilience

Truly appreciate what it takes – mind, body, soul – to lead in a manner that calls for uncommon levels of compassion, agility, stamina, and grit.

Module Three:  Disruption Management

Know how to get desired results amid constant change and distraction, while driving the kind of disruption that breaks down barriers.

Module Four:  Level Up

Become comfortable with being uncomfortable by taking smart risks in manageable steps and challenging no-longer-potent leadership beliefs.

Module Five:  Community Power

Nourish personal and professional connections to mobilize resources, cast a wide net of camaraderie, and promote human-centered ideas.

Module Six:  Move Forward

Learn how to sustain momentum when the program is over, with an emphasis on engaging those of all gender identities in the global human-centered revolution.

Participants will present and discuss real-time situations so that learning is immediately actionable.
