Approach

Over a period of six months, leaders met and received real-time feedback on their development plans and actions. After each coaching session, their strategic self-awareness and commitment increased by understanding what they did well, what needed to adjust, and what they needed to stop and start doing. They also built a deeper and meaningful relationship with their peers and grew their understanding of the business.
